We provide comprehensive advice in Competition Law both at a national and European level, in different sectors such as food and beverages, media rights, commercial distribution or automotive industry. We represent our clients' interests in front of national and European competition authorities, concerning all proceedings and administrative appeals (inquiries, inspections, offences, precautionary measures, surveillance, appeals, etc.), and in judicial proceedings related to Competition Law. We also provide assistance in design and negotiation of contracts and tender rules that may imply a restriction of competence, and we prepare preliminary reports to the signing of agreements or operations that may potentially conflict with competition rights.
