Our firm provides comprehensive advice in relation with Labour Law both in relation to management and legal support. In connection to management we take care of, among other things, preparation of payrolls, Social Security documents, Social Security registrations, cancellations and amendments (RED System), preparation and processing work contracts and their submission to INEM and processing of sick leaves and discharge forms in front of the INSS or mutual insurance companies. In connection to legal support, we represent our clients' interests in dismissal proceedings (both individual and collective and related to bankruptcy proceedings), claims for payments or rights violations, proceedings before labour authorities, legal proceedings derived from labour accidents and negotiation of collective labour agreements, etc.
