Experiencia profesional

Partner of the firm since 1995, she is a member of the Industrial and Intellectual Property Department. She is specialised in providing advice in litigation, mainly related to trademarks, unfair competition and industrial design. She also has a broad experience in conflicts related to distribution agreements, franchise and agency, and also in consumers and users matters. She provides advice to and represents relevant multinational companies in different sectors (mainly jewellery and watchmaking), and in the defence of their industrial property before administrative and judicial authorities (including civil and criminal jurisdictions). She is a collaborator to Spanish law enforcement authorities in relation to industrial property. She has been a professor in the Civil Law Department of the Universidad San Pablo CEU.
